COVID-19/CORONA UPDATE

As with the current situation going on, it will may be affect your order as well. We ship our orders right away, as we used to. But, depending on your location and situation, your order might have (serious) delays due to the parcel and transport restrictions. This really depends on your country and the best way to find out more is to find out yourself what your local transport companies are doing. 

You WILL receive your order, but it might just take some more time. Use your tracking code to stay up to date with your order(UPDATE: Even tracking doesn't get updated as usual by the services until it reaches your local, contact us if this is the case).

Because this is an extreme condition which is out of our control, we do NOT do refunds with orders which are shipping time related. Right now, we need your support more than ever! We thank you for your understanding and we wish everyone to stay safe!

Shipping Costs
$5 NATIONWIDE shipping on all orders.

All orders are charged in NZ Dollars ($NZD). The currency conversion will estimate the total cost in your local currency, however you will be charged in $NZD.

 

Delivering Your Order
NZ POST provides nationwide delivery.

 

Expected Delivery Time
Our delivery timeframes are dependent on the location of the buyer. Standard shipment will take 2-5 business days.

 

If you have not received your items within this time frame, please email us with your full name and order number and will look into your delivery immediately! In most cases, delivery has been attempted and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
