Returns policy

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit
  • No products are eligible for refund unless deemed incorrect or faulty
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition
  • We process all returns within one week of receiving your items and will send you an email with the details of your processed return
  • Please email sales@jesscollection.co.nz if you believe your product is damaged or faulty
  • Buyer will need to pay for the return postage

Processing time
We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your item/s. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return and store credit information if applicable.

How to return your item
Please email sales@jesscollection.co.nz and will we get back to you ASAP with instructions on how to return your item.
